1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of lmtprep.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.
3. What you are buying
A free tier and two one-time purchases are offered: Starter and Elite, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by Stripe. A purchase grants a single person lifetime access to the tier bought, including future updates to that tier, for as long as the Service operates.
4. Refunds
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to each charge: request a refund within 7 days of that charge and no reason or proof is required. This is the only refund promise we make; there is no refund or guarantee tied to your exam result. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal right where it applies.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or publish your account or the paid content.
- Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or redistribute our items, solutions, or guides.
- Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to help anyone breach exam-day rules.
6. Intellectual property
All items, worked solutions, written content, branding, and code are owned by LMTPrep.com and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them to study. MBLEx is a trademark of its owner.
7. No affiliation
LMTPrep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). Every item here is original, written to the published content outline; we do not have access to live or retired exam content.
8. No guarantee of outcome
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using it will result in passing the MBLEx or in any particular score. Our practice results report a percent correct, a readiness band from our documented model, and results by content area. The MBLEx itself is reported as pass or fail only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5. You may close your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing us; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
11. Governing law
The Service is operated by LMTPrep.com, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Service, are governed by the laws applicable where LMTPrep.com is registered, and the courts located there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to registered users by email before they take effect; continued use afterwards is acceptance.
